Online
Online therapy sessions could suit those who are short on time and have somewhere private and distraction-free at home, where they feel comfortable to open up. This could provide you with more flexibility, meaning you don’t have to travel for counselling.
Available:
UK wide using Whereby - free and no log-in needed
- Monday afternoon
- Wednesday afternoon
- Friday morning
Reduced: £50 | Standard: £60
In-Person
If you need to get to somewhere neutral and away from the chaos for your counselling sessions, in-person could work for you. It can help you feel more in tune, and can be more beneficial for those working through trauma or more intense difficulties in therapy.

If you’re struggling to leave your desk at 5pm because there’s still things on your to do list, and work fills up your thoughts even when you’re meant to be resting, I’m here.
You’re always the first one to point out your mistake in a presentation, and even when everyone else says you did great - you still don’t believe it yourself. The annoyance and worry when you say something weirdly in a meeting or send a typo in an email is daily, if not hourly.
This is the career you’ve wanted for years, and there are moments that are enjoyable. But still, the day to day grind is building over time and some days you actually dread the thought of going into work - then you feel guilty for seeming ungrateful.
Your chores and DIY at home start piling up because you spend every evening and weekend socialising and recovering. It’s great when you do actually hit your goal, but the celebration and pride in your achievement doesn’t seem to last very long.
The advice is always “set boundaries”, “say no more” and “just distract yourself”. But, the difference it’d make if you can find someone who actually gets why you keep setting the bar higher and higher without realising, because there’s always room to improve (that’s me by the way).
Together, we can rewire those unhelpful thoughts patterns to get away from the harsh self-criticism and overwhelming expectations. My clients leave therapy with genuine self-confidence and find the perfect balance between their ambition and their human need for rest.
Your drive and motivation isn’t a problem we need to get rid of, it’s what’s got you to where you are today. It’s a strength we can capitalise on, by working with it.
If you’d love to actually enjoy your work again, and find success without the constant pressure, I’m here for you.

How do I start therapy?
Once you’ve answered these questions for me (takes 5-10 mins), I’ll email you within 5 working days (but it’s usually 1 or 2). If we’re both happy to, we’ll book in a completely free and no obligation initial session to get to know each other more.
Once we’ve confirmed it, I’ll email you with all the info you need to get to the initial session, whether that’s online or in-person. You can email me at any point with any questions you have.
What happens in a initial session?
The initial session is 50 - 60 mins, all about getting a feel for how we might work together. It'll focus on understanding your situation and working out what you want to change. I’ll ask you a few questions and I may write down some basic notes. It’s okay if there’s any questions you don’t want to answer right then - we've only just met after all.
I may tell you a bit about myself and you can ask any questions you may have for me. I'm you decide this isn't the right support for you, we can explore what your alternative options might be.
What about in between sessions?
All of my current clients get access to my Whatever TF You Need membership completely free.
It’s packed full of no bs, science-backed, emotional regulation audios where I fully guide you step by step - no long, empty silences or meditations. Including a sleepy breathwork, a design your perfect walk along the beach, and a subtle grounding you can do in public. Each with a specific focus: getting focussed on a task you’ve been putting off, chilling tf out after a rough day, or drifting off to sleep.
There’s also a weekly Sunday wellbeing check-in and clear instructions to make a self-care plan for the week.
Anyone else can get a free 7 day trial of the membership here, less than a tenner per month after.
How and when can we have sessions?
Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or ad-hoc for as many or as few sessions as you’d like. We can speak online or in-person in Beeston or Aspley. Look at Therapy for details. Can you work with me?
I have plenty of experience working with career-focussed women who want to achieve so much more but struggle to keep on top of everything. I could really help you if you want to be successful but still love your job at the same time.
If you’re aged 18 or over, and want to find your perfect work/life balance, answer these questions and I’ll be in touch.
If you like the sound of therapy sessions with me, let me know here 🙂
